Since 1985 Scientific & Analytical Services Ltd, now located in Stirling, have supplied a high quality maintenance and repair service to scientific instrument laboratories throughout Scotland.
In January 2008 we decided to moved from Glasgow to our new base in Stirling. With our new centrally placed base, we are now more ideally situated to quickly get to both Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as to the north.

Our field engineers aim to respond to a call-out within two working days, in many cases next day. If it is found that the instrument cannot be repaired on site, the fact that we have a fully equipped workshop in Stirling enables us to carry out all necessary repairs in as short a time as possible.

We are also able to offer a comprehensive routine service contract for maintenance of various instruments. Our engineers will thoroughly examine the equipment and rectify any faults found. Performance is brought to full specification level. We strongly recommend this type of service as a means of keeping your instruments in good condition at a reasonable cost. We are prepared on a "best endeavours" basis to assess older instruments with a view to bringing them back into use. This service is very often on a "no fix, no fee" basis. Please contact our office if you have older equipment you would like repaired.
